3. PAYMENT

4. DELIVERY

The delivery time will be a maximum of 2 to 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.

All orders are subject to product availability.

If difficulties arise regarding the delivery of the order, or if the selected items are not in stock, the price paid will be refunded, if applicable.

Delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer.

Impossibility of delivery

If the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will send an email and, in some cases, will try to contact the recipient by telephone.

After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.

Cancellation of the order

Utrera Tres, SL reserves the right to cancel any confirmed order, or not accept a confirmed order when any of the following circumstances apply:

• Due to lack of availability of the product.
• When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.

6. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
