Products in stock with immediate availability: the customer will receive them in 24h.

Products of superior availability: In case you do not have any of the products requested for immediate shipment we will contact the customer via e-mail or phone to ask if you want to wait, change or cancel that item.

RETURN

To make a return you must contact the administration of the store, by e-mail or by phone, in order to properly attend your return. Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. According to the current legal provisions there are products that by their nature cannot be grounds for return: those that can be copied (books, video, etc...), unsealed hygiene and cleaning products. IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of the goods. Check that the original packaging is in perfect condition and has not suffered deformations, cuts, handling or fluid spillage. If you notice any of these incidents you should describe the impact on the delivery note of the agency. If the delivery note does not report the incident, it cannot be served as defective goods upon delivery. In any case, the products have been packed with sufficient safety margin to withstand possible deformations without damage to the supplied product. In the event that the packaging is delivered with incidents, you should always check that the contents are in perfect condition before proceeding to return.

Shipping costs will be at our expense for defective deliveries and at the customer's expense for voluntary returns. In the event that the freight has been free because they have exceeded the minimum amount, they will also be borne by the customer and deducted from the amount paid.
